Brief summary of the lecture:

Partly thanks to investigations done by Eugène Dubois, the area known as De Kaap in Rijckholt-St. Geertruid is considered as one of the oldest known surface deposits in the Netherlands for Neanderthal finds. In the last 15 years, investigations about the Neanderthals in De Kaap have accelerated. Yannick Raczynski-Henk will elaborate on these recent developments. Please note that the lecture will be in Dutch.

The entrance fee for this lecture is € 5, including a consumption. The lecture is free of charge for the members of the Eugène Dubois Foundation. Reservations are not necessary.
